Salvo's of Headingley are hosting another series of their 'Cenare con Amici' dinner parties that are suitable for guests with gluten intolerance again  this year during National Coeliac Week held from Monday 12 th May 2008.

Sufferers of coeliac disease develop a reaction, sometimes very severe, to any foodstuffs that contain gluten, a protein found in wheat, rye and barley.

The National Coeliac Week is to highlight and promote understanding of this condition as more and more people are diagnosed every year.
