Salvo's of Headingley are hosting another series of their 'Cenare con Amici' dinner parties that are suitable for guests with gluten intolerance again this year during Coeliac Awareness Week held on Tuesday 10th and Wednesday 11th May 2011.

Coeliac Awareness Week is to highlight and promote understanding of this condition as more and more people are diagnosed every year.

Coeilac Awareness is for one week in the British Calendar, but here at Salvo’s we are conscious to these specific dietary needs all year round.  We shall always accommodate those who have an intollenace to wheat.  If ever booking to dine in the Salumeria please let us know and we shall produce a gluten free substitute.  In the main restaurant we have lots of dishes available for coeliacs as well as our gluten free pastas and pizza bases.
