These are some of the things Campania brings to mind and our 10 course tasting menu reflects all these beautiful facets of the region in one memorable dinner!
The menu features classic Neapolitan dishes with recipes for bean stews and stuffed vegetables passed down from our mother Mamma Nunzia, Zia Pina's Ragu and Baccala recipes and one of Dads favourite salads-twice baked bread and tomatoes, an old classic of Southern 'Cucina povera', all true to the spirit of the region.
