At Salvo's we take great care and pride in where we source our ingredients. We support our local farmers and local suppliers for our meat and poultry whenever possible and genuine Imported Italian products. Our local veg man David Barrett has supplied us for 30 years and still has a network of local growers. Our eggs are free range from Crag House Farm in Cookridge, and our suckling piugs are naturally reared in Garstang, Lancs. Our main butcher is Sykes House Farm in North Yorkshire and supplies us with locally reared beef, pork and lamb; they also source our Yorkshire free range chickens. We also use Swillington Farm, who provides us with duck and occasionally rears a pig for us!
