John and Gip recently teamed up with Salvo’s adopted charity “Caring for Life” to assist in the running of their Gala Dinner to celebrate 20 years of Caring for Life. John and Gip organised a team of 25 volunteer staff to serve 150 guests which included Caring For Life's Patron, Her Royal Highness The Countess of Wessex. The meal was served in specially created marquee at the charities base Cragg House Farm in Cookridge. The three course dinner served up by Caring for Life Chef Mark Newsom included Lamb reared on the Farm itself.
Salvo’s are long standing supporters of Caring For Life and purchase all their Free range eggs from their farm.
