At our recent Piedmonte wine tasting on the 25th February at Salvo's Salumeria, we had a special guest and friend, Matteo Ascher (pictured above)i, to offer some of his knowledge of wine. Matteo is a talented wine maker from Bra, in the Italian Alps; whose family has been making wines in the region since 1880.
