Each framed photograph is being sold for £25, with the proceeds going to Naomi's Fund, set up to help people affected by suicide.
Mabeth's sister Naomi Lindsay, a pupil at Leeds Girls High School in Headingley, was just 16 when she took her own life in March 2008.
Helen, who launched the exhibition on her 35th birthday this week, said: "I'm a photographer by trade but I started to find that I was hardly using my camera except for when I was working.
"Then I bought an iPhone, which allowed me to capture every single moment. The results were amazing. I'm really proud of the whole collection and not many people can say they have recorded 365 days of their lives like this.
"Some of my favourite photos are the Yorkshire Dales landscapes, because I just think it's beautiful up there."
She added: "It was a personal project and I didn't want to profit from it. Just having my work on display is amazing."
Helen, of Meanwood, will display Project 365 in Enoteca Nunzia, the first-floor bar and art gallery at Salvo's restaurant in Headingley, until April 4.
As well as selling the individual photos, a montage of all 365 shots will be sold to the highest bidder at a silent auction.
Salvo's is a poignant venue for the exhibition as it was the last place where Naomi's family dined together shortly before her death.
John Dammone, who runs the Otley Road restaurant with his brother Gip, said: "The exhibition looks fantastic and I was especially keen to have it at Salvo's because of the connection between the restaurant and Mabeth's family."
Mabeth added: "We wanted something positive to highlight what we're doing, and Helen's shots are the perfect way to do this. We're really pleased with the results and very grateful to everyone for their support."
