Released August 2010

Salvo’s Salumeria celebrates Sunday brunch opening with free espresso and Gospel choir.

Cleveland ‘the Reverend’ Freckleton and his Voices of the Day Choir will perform at Salvo’s outside the Salumeria on Sunday 15th August at 11.30am (weather permitting) to bring his joyful sound to Salvo’s Salumeria’s new Sunday Brunch Menu.  The Italian traditional pick me up of string black espresso is a great start to the day and customers can enjoy a complimentary shot with an amaretti biscuit before midday with Harvey, Salvo’s Salumeria Manager.

Harvey says; “We’re all raring to go with the launch of Salvo’s Salumeria Sunday Brunchtime, we have wanted to do this for a long time, to offer great coffee and pastries alongside prosecco, mimosas and bloody marys alongside the Sunday papers.  Also on offer will be Mamma Nunzia’s legendary baked eggs and her Sunday timballo - a rich baked pasta with pancetta, eggs, tomato and ricotta. Italian sausage Panini and light daily specials complete the picture.”

Salvo’s Salumeria opens Sundays from 10am until 5pm, starting Sunday 15th August 2010.
