Join Salvo's for a real feast of fish and shellfish, oysters, king scallops, and lobster, all extremely delicious! So we are having a few evenings in our Salumeria which will give us the chance to enjoy the sea's bounty. This evening is for real lovers of seafood and shellfish. The winelist available on the evening will feature wines specially chosen to compliment seafood.

Cabaret Sauvignon Music Dinners

The evenings start with dinner - assorted antipasto, a lovely pasta course followed by something
roasted low and slow. Pudding and coffee follows and then, in the words of the
legend Barry White, Let the Music play!

WADE IN THE WATER:

Lewis Express play the soul jazz sounds of Ramsey Lewis and funky trios of the 60's.

When the Ramsey Lewis trio had a Number 1 hit in 1965 with The In Crowd they brought a swinging sound incorporating jazz with elements of Gospel, Soul and down home funk right into the mainstream. Hits like Wade in the Water, Mercy, Mercy, Mercy and Cantaloupe Island popularised jazz massively and many piano and hammond organ trios enjoyed long spells of popularity around this time.

On this Fidaynight, after a splendid dinner, we feature the talented Trio of Taz Modi - keyboards, Neil Innes - bass and Kri s Wright on percussion performing for us a shake 'n' finger popping soundtrack to start your weekend with not only a spring in your step but a little two step shuffle too.
